Job Summary

Teaching Specialist is responsible to monitor the academic schedule and compliance areas of Edufront Learning Pte Ltd. Responsibilities will include classroom teaching, classwork and assessment. The deliverables of the teaching must be required in accordance with the policies and guidelines set forth by the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

    • Tutor shall adhere to Edufront’s academic calendar and semestral lesson structure when planning for the assigned classes’ lesson plan. 
    • Lessons must be interesting, engaging and relevant. This includes the use of multimedia presentation, videos, experiment for science and math manipulative. 
    • There must be an adequate balance between classroom teaching, classwork and assessment. 
    • Tutors shall undertake differentiated teaching to cater to students of different ability levels.
    • Tutors shall be given flexibility to use their own teaching tools and materials (e.g., videos, ppt slides) to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
    • Tutor must actively monitor the work of all students throughout the lesson (e.g., the tutor shall not sit behind the tutor’s desks for a prolonged period of time without actively moving around the class to monitor the students).
    • Teaching must be adequately done prior to giving out any classwork.
    • All class work given to students must be marked on the same day if possible. Otherwise, it must be marked and returned by the following lesson.

Job Summary

Administrative Assistant will assist the Learning Centre Executive/Coordinator who is a key member in the company’s operation team that manage and operate the centres on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Centre Coordinators in handling student registrations and administration
  • Attending to the safety and welfare of all students
  • Assist Centre Coordinators in printing of worksheets and learning resources/materials
  • Preparation, typing and printing of company documents
  • Promoting company’s programmes, products and services to parents
  • Answering and responding to phone calls, messages and emails

Job Summary

A Customer Service Executive is responsible for the customer service department. Their duties include communicating customer service objectives to Customer Service Representatives (i.e. Centre Coordinators and Admin Staff) and other department personnel, compiling data to make assessments of their department’s progress and coordinating with upper management to find ways to enhance customer service objectives among their employees.

Job Summary

Malay Language School Trainers are responsible to conduct school workshops and ensure that the deliverable is aligned with Edufront’s business needs and requirements. This is a project-based role and to be conducted occasionally only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and/or conduct small and/or large group language classes using a wide variety of language teaching methodologies and techniques, stressing speaking, listening comprehension, and reading skills.
  • Use established training materials and work collaboratively and closely with other instructors, under the direct guidance of Edufront.
  • Provide students with encouragement and constructive feedback.
