Learning Centre Coordinator (Full-Time)

Job Summary

The Learning Centre Coordinator is a key member of the operations team, managing and operating the centres on a day-to-day basis. This role involves creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the learning centres.
  • Handle administrative tasks including student registrations, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.

The Part-Time Learning Centre Executive will provide essential support to our Learning Centre Coordinators and Administrative Assistants in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily operation of our learning centres. Curriculum Assessment Book Writers (Freelance, Project-based)

Job Summary

Curriculum Developers (Freelance, Project-based) are responsible to prepare all the learning materials and/or resources for Edufront programmes. This is a project-based role and is to be conducted occasionally only.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop curriculum guides, lesson plans, learning materials and resources for various grade levels and subjects for Edufront programmes.
  • Ensure content aligns with state and national educational standards.
  • Write clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound instructional materials.
  • Create formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Team to revise and refine content based on feedback.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
  • Other general administrative duties concerning the activity, as directed by the Management.

  • Relevant teaching and training experiences

  • There must be an adequate balance between classroom teaching, classwork, and assessment.
  • Tutors are expected to implement differentiated teaching strategies to cater to the varying skill levels of the students.
  • Tutors are granted the flexibility to utilize their personal teaching resources and materials (such as videos, PowerPoint slides) to enhance the educational quality and learning experience.
  • Active monitoring of students’ progress during the lesson is essential. The Tutor should not remain seated behind the desk for extended periods; instead, they should circulate the classroom to oversee students’ engagement.
  • Teaching must be adequately done prior to giving out any classwork.
  • All classwork must be marked on the same day if possible. If not, it should be marked and returned by the subsequent lesson. Marking should be performed using red ink and returned to students in the following class. Self-marking or peer marking without subsequent verification by the Tutor is strictly prohibited. Tutors should ensure that worksheets are appropriately filed after returning them to students.
  • Edufront implements file checks and lesson observations as part of quality assurance measures. Tutors are expected to fully cooperate during these assessments and promptly rectify any identified discrepancies.

Job Summary

MOE-Registered Malay Language Trainers (Freelance, Project-based) are responsible for conducting school workshops and ensuring that the deliverables align with Edufront’s business needs and requirements. This project-based role is conducted occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective workshops for students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and objectives.
  • Use established training materials and work collaboratively and closely with other instructors, under the direct guidance of Edufront.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with  educational best practices and methodologies.

Operations Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Manager, Operations Department (Singapore) to support its various functions of operation services.
  • Perform various marketing related tasks such as coordinate the publication and printing of teaching resources, books and magazines
