Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Manager, Operations Department (Singapore) to support its various functions of operation services.
  • Perform various marketing related tasks such as coordinate the publication and printing of teaching resources, books and magazines
  • Liaise with book writers, editors and printers to ensure timely publication of materials and involvement in the publication unit as a writer and editor of books and teaching resources
  • Perform various operations related tasks such as processing of students registration, administering the student information system, tutor administration & deployment, students enrolment and attendance, programme administration and also customer relations work.
  • Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating the publication of teaching materials.
  • Report to the Manager/Director in the Malaysian office to support general day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Any other non-routine tasks as directed by the higher management.
