Mr Yang Iskandar has been a superb tutor to both my girls. My eldest managed to land herself into one of the top girls’ schools under the close supervision of Mr Yang. With such a track record, I did not think twice of putting my younger daughter for both his weekly classes and intensive revision programme.
Daryl gets 274 with 4A* and distinction in HMT (top in school). Thank you for your guidance and help.

Established in 2012, Nusa Language Centre is a subsidiary of Edufront Learning Centre. We have helped thousands of students, from all walks of life, preparing for paper Malay PSLE and O-Levels. We take a holistic approach in grooming students in 5 key areas as shown here.
Our main objective is to instil confidence in students when using Malay orally or in writing. We also want to make the learning experience enjoyable for students.
Small group size of 1:12 tutor-student ratio to ensure that all students are fully engaged in the lessons and get the attention they need.
Majority of our tutors are NIE-trained, current or former MOE teachers or subject specialist tutors who are support by our team of curriculum specialists and academic managers to deliver the best possible programme for your child.
Our teaching approaches and materials are differentiated to cater to students’ different achievement levels and learning styles. Higher-achieving students would be stretched with higher-order questions while lower-achieving students would be scaffolded accordingly.
Comprehensive learning packages developed in-house and regularly reviewed by our team of curriculum specialists to ensure alignment with the MOE latest curriculum and exam question trends.
All our students are able to extend their learning beyond their weekly face-to-face tuition classes though our integrated Learning Management System (LMS).
Thousands of high quality e-learning content (videos and animations) which are in-line with the MOE-curriculum
Forum and chat features for student-tutor engagement beyond the weekly tuition classes
Convenient tracking of the child’s progress by parents
Regular assessment of learning through online quizzes with self-mark and instant feedback features.
Customised e-learning content (combining ready-made content by Education Technologists and NUSA Tutors, which are integrated into the tuition curriculum.
Dedicated team of IT executives and support staff to advice and support our tutors, students and parents in the integration of LMS into the tuition programmes

We have one of the MOST EFFECTIVE Malay tuition programmes in Singapore trusted by many parents. Our RESULTS-FOCUS teaching methodology is developed by our founder and Principal, Cikgu Hayati, author of the ‘Saya Boleh Mengarang’ series. We are located at : Pasir Ris, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines, Woodlands and Jurong West. Look out for our selected collection of Malay fiction and non-fiction books for our students at the library corner at each of our centres.
We have developed a comprehensive programme called LiveOnline@Nusa which is equally interactive and effective for our students. Preparation for school and national exams such as PSLE, O-Levels and the N-Levels will be enhanced with the accompanying Learning Management System. We are very thankful for the valuable feedback from parents and students which have enabled us to make continuous enhancements to the quality of our online programmes and services.
In our Malay mastery programme, we guide students thoroughly in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Besides writing exercises, students are exposed to a variety of teaching materials on the Internet, newspapers, magazines and fiction / non-fiction books in Malay. To make learning enjoyable, we also incorporate a variety of Malay videos and animation so students can familiarise themselves with the language. Special emphasis are placed on the common challenging areas such as oral skills, composition writing, grammar and comprehension.
Continuous collection of theme-based materials
Personal and group guidance to hone speaking skills and ideas sharing among friends
Emphasis on strengthening basic grammar and answering techniques
Utilising Language Paper training materials to boost oral and composition skills (eg: use of proverbs and idioms)
Referencing to original material (newspapers / magazines / books / comprehension text) as writing guide
Learn writing strategies based on the ‘Saya Boleh Mengarang’ series
