Math, English, Science, PSLE and Secondary Tuition Across Our Two Pasir Ris Centres
The Math journey at Edufront Pasir Ris doesn't stop at PSLE. We're the only Edufront branch where your child can continue from Primary Maths straight into Secondary 1 Maths with the same trusted tutor.
Our Pasir Ris P6 Maths classes are led by Mr Yang Iskandar, Principal of Edufront and a former MOE Head of Department in Maths and Science. He teaches our proprietary C-P-A-H system (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract-Heuristics) - moving from physical objects to bar models to abstract reasoning to heuristics, so students understand the Maths behind every question. Read more on our Maths tuition page.
Primary Maths builds number sense, mental Maths, fractions, ratio, geometry and word problems - the foundation that makes PSLE preparation feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
PSLE Maths is intensive Primary 6 preparation focused on heuristics, model drawing and multi-step problem sums. For students scoring 60% or below, our Maths Booster Programme (P3 to P6) adds a second weekly session at 50% off when taken alongside the regular Maths Mastery class.
This is what sets Pasir Ris apart from every other Edufront branch. At our BLK 614 Elias centre, we offer Secondary 1 Mathematics (G3/Express/IP stream) on Thursday evenings, 7.30pm to 9pm. The jump from PSLE Maths to Sec 1 Maths is steep - algebra arrives and the question format changes - and many students lose footing in the first six months of secondary school.
Continuity that works. Pasir Ris families who study with us through PSLE can roll directly into Sec 1 Maths within the same centre, where we already understand their child’s strengths and gaps. No restarting from scratch with a new environment at the hardest transition point.
Our english tuition in Pasir Ris is built on the latest MOE syllabus - not the older syllabi still taught at many Pasir Ris tuition centres.
We teach writing through Edufront's 6-Traits of Writing model - ideas, organisation, voice, word choice, sentence fluency and conventions - giving students a concrete, repeatable writing process. Full method on our English tuition page.
Primary English develops reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking and listening through engaging topics that build genuine interest in the language.
PSLE English drills every component of the paper, from Situational Writing to the Stimulus-Based Conversation in Oral.
Our science tuition in Pasir Ris teaches students to think and write like scientists - because in PSLE Science, marks are most often lost on answer structure, not content knowledge.
We use Edufront's 3-Pronged Strategy to teach scientific reasoning, answer structure and cross-topic application. More on our Science tuition page.
Science begins at Primary 3 in line with the MOE syllabus - diversity, cycles, systems, interactions and energy.
PSLE Science focuses on the demanding Section B open-ended questions, where most AL points are won or lost.
Our PSLE tuition in Pasir Ris runs at both BLK 614 and BLK 483, combining PSLE Maths, English and Science under one roof as an integrated exam-preparation programme. Several Pasir Ris students featured among Edufront's 2024 top PSLE scorers.
Full mock paper cycles with individually marked feedback throughout the year. Common-trap drilling on the question patterns that separate AL2 from AL5. Time-management coaching built into every practice paper.
When P6 Maths is taken with 2 or more other subjects, students receive a free Maths Booster class on top of their multi-subject discount. Explore the full PSLE programme here, or book a PSLE trial.
Pasir Ris BLK 614 offers the widest Secondary range in the Edufront network.
Taught by NIE-trained tutors at BLK 614, Thursday 7.30pm to 9pm, in the G3/Express/IP stream - the only Edufront branch with Secondary Maths in person.
Taught by Cikgu Hayati in both G3/Express and G2/NA streams, including hybrid in-centre plus Live-Online classes for working families.
BLK 614 families supplement with our Live-Online programme - the same Edufront curriculum delivered via Zoom with full LMS access.
Our Malay tuition in Pasir Ris runs from K2 through Secondary 4/5 at both centres, delivered with our sister brand Pusat Bahasa Nusa.
For Primary 3 to Primary 5, our new Malay Karangan Writing Programme focuses specifically on Malay composition - an expansion of our Saya Boleh Mengarang school workshop. Karangan is taught separately from the regular Malay class.

Common Questions
About our Pasir Ris centres and Mastery programmes
It depends on where you live and what your child needs. BLK 483 is closer to Pasir Ris MRT (~8 min walk) and ideal for families coming from the town centre or arriving by train — it's also our HQ. BLK 614 at Elias Road suits families in Elias, Pasir Ris Drive 1 and surrounding HDB estates better, and is the only centre offering Sec 1 Mathematics. Both centres run identical Kindergarten and Primary programmes.
Yes, at BLK 614 specifically. We're the only Edufront branch in Singapore offering Sec 1 Mathematics (G3/Express/IP) in person on Thursday evenings. For Secondary Malay (Sec 1 to Sec 4/5, both streams), BLK 614 also offers in-person and hybrid classes with Cikgu Hayati.
Absolutely — and many of our Pasir Ris families do exactly this. We see siblings split between BLK 614 and BLK 483 based on their schedules, the tutors they prefer, or simply which centre is closer to school dismissal time. Your multi-subject/sibling discount (5%–20%) applies across both centres as long as the enrolment is under one family account.
At our Pasir Ris branches, we offer Sec 1 Mathematics (BLK 614) and Secondary Malay (both streams, Sec 1–5 at BLK 614). We do not offer Sec English, Sec Science or upper-Sec Math.
For some families, yes — particularly for Malay where early exposure matters. Both Pasir Ris centres run K2 Malay classes ($180/month). Many parents start with K2 Malay before the language load increases in primary school. But for Math/English/Science, P1 is usually early enough.
BLK 614 is at Blk 614 Elias Road #01-120 — the Elias side of Pasir Ris. BLK 483 is at Blk 483 Pasir Ris Drive 4 #B1-477 — closer to the town centre and Pasir Ris MRT, and this is also where our Head Office is located. Both centres operate the same hours.
